Please WHY you can join this guild and ALL shops in the bazaar are online! It’s writen : Shop OR other player. Shop could be offline no ?

The Bazaar only has stuff players put in there. If you’re offline, you can’t see what players put in there. You can still access the Bazaar, it’s simply empty. Were you really expecting the game to guess what players put in the bazaar, considering you’re offline and not connected to the server?
There really is no benefit to joining MG offline. It’s just there because the offline client is pretty much the same as the online one.
Just like you can use chat but no one will receive your messages, nor will you receive any.
