Merchant's Guild Issue

I have been listing and selling a lot of items in the Merchant’s Guild but I am not getting the gold in return. Is anyone experiencing this issue as well?

I just listed a 2LP Exsanguinous for 1.3 mil gold and almost sold immediately, but my gold count didn’t register the transaction. All of my “sold” items have the “redeem” option below them. What does that mean? How can I redeem a sold item?

Hover over the actively sold item box with the value in it and click it. This works for me. Remember to make sure you are viewing sold items and not listed items.

Man, you just solved the “issue” for me LOL. I didn’t know you have to actually click the “redeem” button to get the gold… OMG…
