Hi! I really enjoy being in the merchant guild and trading process in general.
I have a few ideas how it can be even better:

When looking for a unique/legendary item, you should be able to add filters on the legendary affixes.
At the moment, if you try to search for e.g. Nihilis - you’ll get 20 pages of unsorted mess, because stats on this item (and other uniques ofc) are so diverse, that you have to go through all the pages trying to figure out what do you need.
Even some of the common affixes on uniques, like “Melee Void Damage” are not filterable for now. (I assume that it has a unique tag or smth)
It will be a huge improvement for the search already -
Idol search should have a size/type of an Idol
At the moment you get all the idols that fit your criteria and it’s a mess of 1x1 2x1 1x2 4x4 4x1 results sometimes. Adding a size filter will improve UX drastically. -
Idol search should have proper ranges of affixes
At the moment it’s 0-100% range and I believe that it comes from the perspective of my point #2 - There is no separation by size and therefore we can’t have a single range matching all the idols.
Probably a separate idol trader for each type of idol would solve this issue. -
General search should remove incompatible affixes from filter possibilities
When I search for an item, I have no idea which mod is Prefix/Suffix and therefore can sometimes try to look up for 3 mods which will never be a successful result, because I can’t have 3 Prefixes, but I still can choose them.
It would be nice to have some sort of highlight or even removing all the prefixes/suffixes as soon as 2 prefixes/suffixes were chosen in the filter -
Exalted item search should have t7/t6 filter
When I’m looking for an Exalted items - I get all the items and the only ways to separate them - is to choose t7 affixes manually OR to know ranges by heart.
The reason why first option is not always viable is that sometimes I’m looking for a cheapest item possible to craft it and I don’t even care about t7 mod, I just want to craft my gear on top of that for LP merge later. -
General search should display affix ranges
Alt key doesn’t work on it, so I can’t see how good is the item in terms of where it’s number within it’s affix -
Filter by Affix should also have a ceiling boundary
If I want to craft an item, I’m looking for a lowest possible affix aside of a t7, so I can seal it easily
7 is a good number, let’s stop here for now 
I hope I’ll see those improvements in the future! They will make my (and I believe MG community) life so much better already
