What happened?
Having this same issue, but I’ll elaborate since I had to click the twitter link to see what it was. Details matter folks. Anyhow, its a texture bug. When using a game pad and opening the radial menu with select or back, instead of showing the icons, its just white boxes(diamond orientation) with text. It’s still usable but doesn’t fit well with the aesthetics. I only just noticed this since the most recent patch though.
