Hello,
The maximum Background FPS setting is only working if i have the settings menu open (any page e. g. Gameplay Graphics … will do it).
The setting will be saved but not used.
I tried to restart the game after I adjusted the settings, but the bug persists.
I expected that if the game looses focus the background FPS setting is used and not only if open the Settings menu before tabbing out.
