After specing my Judgement a particular way (see below) my Consecrated Ground no longer heals me.
Additionally, randomly every 30-45 minutes, I become unable to interact with enemies and all my damage stops connecting and I have to close the game and reopen it to be able to do anything. It’s like I’m completely out of sync with the server and it doesn’t know what I’m doing anymore.
Update: Despecializing the skill and respec-ing it seems to have fixed the behavior.
Update 2: Upon specing 2 points into Punish, Consecrated Ground no longer heals me again. I believe it is this node that is causing the bug.
