As the title suggest, i’d like to have a mass refund passive point instead of clicking one by one my passives points.

I would also add a request to also do it by Mastery Tree.
This has been on the plate for a good long while, in fact recently I believe there was a thread about this very fact and someone claiming it had been promised in 1.0 (it hadn’t been and so it isn’t, obviously, in there.)
Mike is a long time advocate for getting this. He has said numerous times it’s been bandied about but it hasn’t yet made it to the top of the list (they did have quite a bit of other fish to fry.)
I’d wager will see this at some point in the next few updates.
