I had the character screen up looking at armor values the entire map, and it did not apply once. Also no animation swirling around the character. The bone curse node on Chaos Bolts does not say that it applies the tree, but it must because the Sigil of Mortality node does proc from the Chaos Bolts casting Bone Curse.

I was also wondering if bone armor (with marrow thief) was proccing or not… Some skills do work (like sigil of mortality like OP said), but I still haven’t see bone armor proc once. Pretty sure it’s just not working at this point.
