Multiple issues.

  1. Cannot Respec from “Reflection” node. Says, “you have a point in Barbed Arrows, which requires 25 points in Marksman.”

I have 38 points in Marksman.

  1. Cannot Respec from “Agility” node. Says, “You have a point in Disembowel, which requires 20 points in Rogue.”

I have 25 points in Rogue.

I have tried adding more points in something else and respeccing.

The nodes it mentions require the stated number of points invested in nodes below them, the number of points allocated above or at the same level as them is irrelevant. If you want to respec you’ll need to either remove those nodes first or add points in below them then continue to respec.
