Hi there.
IDK if its just a tooltip or a real bug, but i just find out on my bleed bower, Barbed arrows Passive didnt works correctly. I will link a yt video where i show it.
The passive says x% Chance to inflict bleed on hit with bow, but it didnt works. As you can see doesnt matter how many points i have on it, didnt modify my bleed chance, but it works on increased phys dam (bleed dam)
Maybe it works, but we need a line in damage tab, with increased chance to bleed with bow? or it works correctly and its hidden? 
As u can see on the video, when i throw away my whole gear, and have 0% bleed chance, i still stack bleed on dummy, this is why i think it works, just didnt show on stats, i have a passive “Disembowel” that says bleed with every third attack but as u can see, i inflict blee with my first attack
