Detailed description:
I’m on a new online character that hasn’t yet completed the Ruined Era Welyrn story arc. I was looking at the map and found out that I had the fast travel option to the Imperial Era Outcast camp. I went ahead and did so and it let me talk to the Queen and start the Immortal Empire quest, despite not having even made it to the Temple of Eterra yet.
What were you doing at the time?:
I had just finished the Last Refuge quest.
How consistently does this happen?:
I haven’t tried it on any other characters. It may be accessible from the beginning but my guess would be it was unlocked at the same time as the Ruined Era Cultist Camp.
