I made a primalist and played it to level 18 then deleted it and made a new primalist and all the areas that I was in on the first primalist are not covered by fog of war. All the paths I went on my previous character are uncovered and not black on the maps. It’s weird.

That is not intended and I’m surprised you’ve experience it. Are you playing offline by chance?

That might be playing a part of the bug, but it does sound like a bug. I would recommend searching the Form and see if someone else has reported it, and if not then submit either through the in-game bug report or via Bug Reports.
