Many item bases in the wrong section of the loot filter (uniques only instead of all classes)

I just found this axe ingame as a normal rare

but in the lootfilter it is listed under uniques only

Matter of fact, the same happened with a coinmail belt:

and a trade ledger

and coinmail gauntlets

and a mercantile insignia

sooo I think there are a lot of item bases which are in the wrong section of the loot filter config

from what i understood these are bases that dont drop normally, all the ones you show are specifically from the merchant caches. so they are unique in the way they drop. it’s a confusing name for the subgroup but it seems to cover a bunch of these special cases. I’d say improving on the naming would be good, though since i personally don’t know all the drop varieties in this group i’m not able to suggest one.
