Whenever I use a skill and then manually cast Manifest Weapon and the Manifest Weapon use echoes, the echo is of the previously used non-Manifest Weapon skill. For example, after using Erasing Strike once, both subsequent Erasing Strike echoes and Manifest Weapon Echoes will proc Erasing Strike. This same bug does not occur from the Manifest Weapon proc on idols.
Manifest weapon also never echoes if it is the only skill used (tested by logging out and back in and solely using it), or if the prior usable skill cannot echo (such as Warpath or Lunge).
This is a known bug, and can be caused by any skill with the “instant” tag. Thanks for the report!
