Manifest armor targetting is actually awful

This guy is absolutely terrible lol, I’m sitting there fighting 2 champions and hes in the corner punching one of those tomb eggs that released posessed spirits… he does this all the time and 98% of the time he targets monsters BEHIND me which is again, terrible. I’m trying to use him as a support tool for shield throw but I can’t because he’s always off the screen behind, sprints to catch up then repeats the process. Absolutely fkn in awe of how badly this mechanic has been put into the game lmao.

Please for the love of god can you upgrade this thing so it at least runs at what I’m targetting ? I’m sure I’m not the only person to have asked this or had this issue.

You can redirect minions by pressing A either to make them move somewhere or attack a certain enemy.

Also in 1.2 there will be improved minion AI coming

I appreciate that and realise it but I really shouldnt have to tell a minion to attack what I’ve targetted. I can tell my falcon to prioritise what im attack or to attack near me so why isnt the same implemented across all minions. It seems silly to have a “minion” class that all interact willy nilly differently.

A minion shouldn’t run off behind you, away from you you attack something off the screen. It’s just bad. I hope you’re right about 1.3 or I will indeed as they used to say back in Counterstrike, world spawn. Lol :stuck_out_tongue:
