Mana Strike's "Rage Sap" and "Rune Sap" buff indicator doesn't appear

Hi!

I don’t know if it’s intended but “Rage Sap” and “Rune Sap” doesn’t appear amongst the buffs.
“Rune Sap” says that it can stack but I can’t see the number of stacks because of the problem above.
