I had my passives window open, and Mana Strike bound to right click. I moused over Mana Strike and held alt, and the tooltip changed to Static, even after releasing alt, until I moved the cursor off. It eventually fixed itself, and I wasn’t able to reproduce it. Obviously a minor bug, but thought I should mention it. Also maybe worth noting, I had previously had Static on my bar, but had taken it off before this happened.
