Im not completly sure if it is a bug, but i dont understand the calculation here so maybe it is.
Im experimenting on a Spellblade with Mana Strike and spect in Mana Storm. Has following Tooltip DPS without Burden of Knowledge (from passive Tree).
Lightning: 638
Spark Charges: 638
When i spec 1 Point in BoK now, i get the following:
Lightning: 628
Spark Charges: 628
2 Points:
Lightning: 615
Spark Charges: 615
Both got the Spell tag, so they should be effected by the adaptive spell damage that BoK provides. The downside here is, that BoK provides reduced cast speed aswell, but this should not effect both of these skills because they are triggered when im hitting with Mana Strike. In addition Lightning has a Instant Cast tag.
My confusion here now is, why i get less dmg when i should get more ?! Or do i missed something important ?!
