Wasn’t able to figure this out from a quick search/looking in game - am I correct in assuming that skills like Mana Strike and Flame Reave don’t count as spell damage? I.e. they wouldn’t benefit from buffs from passives like Preparation?

They are melee. But the thunder from storm node in mana stike and the fireball node in flame reave benefit from spell damage. But not flame reave or mana strike themselves

Holding Alt while hovering over the skill icon will show it’s tags, though they can be a bit tricky with composite skills like Tempest Strike where a melee hit procs a spell (so the skill has both tags but they don’t apply to all of the skill).
