Mana strike 'effectivness of added damage'

hi, so there’s a node in mana strike tree called ‘mana spark’

the extra tooltip says ‘this damage is not affected by mana strike’s recuded effectivness of added damage’, however none of the other nodes say anything about mana strike having a reduced effectivness of added damage

I want to make a 0 mana mana strike build, stacking flat added damage, but i’m kinda afraid because of this lol

That’s a hangover from when Mana Strike had a reduced added damage effectiveness, it’s not relevant anymore.
