Mana strike DPS tooltip not increasing with Infused Weapon Spellblade passive

What went wrong?
Infused weapon is not increasing my tooltip damage for Mana Strike and I am concerned this means it isn’t doing anything at all.

Additional note:
I do not have points in the Teleporting strikes node which causes Mana Strike to attack at range.

Also, does not increase Surge damage on tooltip.
