In Mana Strike, the node Mana Storm lets you proc Lightning which costs 15 mana. Explosive Flurry node reducing Lightning’s mana cost by 20% but there is no tool tip change (mana cost still says 15).
Also in addition Lightning tool tip should probably show up when using alt for all these nodes (Mana storm/Explosive Flurry).
