Mana still deducted for casts that don't happen

Not sure whether a bug or intended, but wanted to note that mana still gets deducted when you try to cast, even if it is not completed. For example, if you are summoning/placing a minion in an area outside of a boundary, it won’t let you do it, but you still lose the mana.

This happens more than a non-minion player would expect. It’s not just the edge boundaries – there are objects throughout the map that block the spawning of minions. One possible solution would be if a minion is being summoned out of bounds, or near such type of object, it could still charge the mana, but place them at the closest possible allowed location (biased in the direction of the player).
