Mana arc (lightning spell) node of mana strike does not count for mana to ward conversion.
Steps to reproduce:
Equip strands of souls (100% mana to ward).
Flail around with mana strike with mana arc at 40% cost reduction. Mana drops quick, ward stays at exactly stable ward.
