Mana regen in negatives after changing eq

After changing equipment, the mana regent goes into a negative amount - mana does regent eventually but it’s super slow. Happened twice to changing boots and relic so far.

update: might not be caused by change of eq. Relogged in and went into monos - mana regen went to negatives again even when not using skills.

I’m doing a void knight build with shield rush (does not regen mana when skill is being used) but mana regen still in negatives after skill has ended. Mana regen is at 8 before going into mono.

is it a skill issue or is it bug?

I noticed this on my Sentinel character too, when changing gear, early in the game before picking my mastery. Negative 2 billion mana regen shown on my character sheet.

The next day it was gone
