Playing necromancer, mana is big pain. Regen is barely working even with water shrines. High damage skills could be capped by mana pool…OK, but on normal gameplay when i need summon decaying wraiths is not acceptable. Recovering 200 mana take 30 second(see uploaded screen shot). Ive got most item T6 with HP and T6 Minion over 1200% dmg, Even with +mana blessing its fail because regen.
INSTEAD playing game i heave to WAITING till my mana allows to carry on (echoing maps 100-200 corruption). Fighting bosses is another level of problem for mana regen. Bone golems, skeletal mages must be re summoned during fight, adding decaying wraiths is a mana disaster.
That’s why stationary flame wraith build is so strong, it provides infinite mana from life drain.
Mana is a limited resource in this game. I don’t like that either, and only play builds that don’t require mana management. And cooldown management. Anything that prevents skill use is a flow breaker. That may be the intended way to play, but I don’t enjoy it. I already had enough “not enough mana” flashbacks from Expedition.
