Mana arc does not benefit from "Mana spend gained as Ward" affix

  1. I have an idol saying I gain 15% of mana spend as ward
  2. Using any other skill gives me proper amount of ward; However using Mana arc from mana strike doesn’t seem to be granting any ward (this was found due to currently mana arc being bugged such that it uses mana even when it’s used on thin air; might function differently when actually cast but i doubt it)
