Man alive this game is good

Im sure gushing over a new game makes for a stupid post but really this game is great. It is kind of like, what I hoped Torchlight was gonna feel like but, I dunno, not so Torchlight. It is a good departure from Diablo, while not changing too much of what I like about aRPGs, and the most important part, there is diversity of classes, and a CREATIVE diversity of classes without just being complex for complex sake ( here is looking at you POE ). I don’t wanna bag on POE, I love POE, but sometimes I think they just made choices on complexity for the sake of saying its complex, but maybe didn’t have cohesion well in mind.

Anyway, I am very glad this game was made. Man is it scratching my itch.

I especially dig the Acolyte, though, I don’t quite think I get the Acolyte. I dunno something about pairing the right things specializations together. I was getting tossed around a lot easier than I was with the other classes.

ANNNNYwho. I’m done being an overly enthusiastic little kid.

Excellent job! ( especially for still being in development )

I would kill for a passive respec quest around level 20-25 tho just in case you thought you didn’t build right. Not a gimme, make it a rough deal, make me work for it. Eh, tf am I saying? Whatever game rocks.

I agree. Playing through with a friend and I like what I am seeing.
Combat feels “very, very, good to me” (if you get that reference, your old) and am a fan of the speed and flow of the game.
Like the crafting system and skill system a lot.
Still a fair bit of wonk with animations. According to my friend, I fire arrows so fast that I am able to outrun my clothes. I’m still trying to figure out why he likes to randomly get naked when entering zones.
We did have one quest that seemed broken “An Ancient Path” I think I just smelled bad and a certain chronomancer was just to good to talk to me.
All and all having a great time learning the game.
