For me it reads it’s already ingame they way the emphasize this.
“Will be” would mean that players may experience/find it for themself during campaign or Monoliths. Like saying: “there will be this nice piece of tune if you get to this area”.
I hope you catch my drift.
It could also mean that it literally will be implemented, like you mentioned but i guess it’s hard to find it out for yourself with the usual background noises.

Good, we have been needing more recognisable leitmotifs - most of the music right now is interchangable, generic AND an ill fit for an action RPG where you are going about killing enemies.(I don’t want to listen to calming music when doing monoliths for example)

Can’t believe I never saw this post.
This is the stuff I love. As a filmmaker, these things and the people behind the scenes are the true backbone of any creative endeavor. Glad I got to see it, loved the write up and the video.
