Make loot filters applicable to stash tabs and vendor

Being able to assign loot filters to stash and vendor(s), along with a buttons for “stash all” and “sell all” would be a nice QoL changes.

The way I’d use them is:

  1. send things I want to keep into their own tabs (leaving the things I don’t want in my inventory)
  2. sell all the things I don’t want with a single click

Automatically buying things that match a specific loot filter would be a bonus. Especially if runes of shattering were filterable.
