Rather than introducing new tiers of the same item make implicts scale to stay relevant. Ritual Stone and Rune Stone are an example here. Rune Stone is meant to be a level 46 replacement and Ritual Stone becomes a trash polluting drop pool. I’m suggesting Rune Stone implicts should be implicts of Ritual Stone droped at level 46 and Rune Stone should offer different kind of implicts. This will lead to more viable base options at the end game and less trash drops, in other words - itemization improvement.
I’m not a fan of things scaling at all. Just hand make more items to add to the game. Thats art.
