Make ALL mono rewards/corruption from "chest" a drop

Want to level a char but skip the campaign? Farm xp books but make it do they have a reduced effect under a certain level.

Want to boost the corruption of a different timeline? Release the curription in it but since it’s non native is spreads slower/at a reduced rate.

Or use the Dungeon to skip most of the campaign.
