When once the cutscene in Maj’Elka Upper District played and you recieved the quest to enter Maj’Elka Lower Disctrict it is possible to walk back into the Upper District from the Lower Disctrict and the cutscene plays again. The cutscene itself is bugged at this point - voice lines and animations are missing. This can be done as often as you want to.
