Hello.
Just to let you know, this was my second time going through the campaign in 0.9, and each time when I enter Maj’elka I don’t get the cutscene with Apophis on the balcony anymore.
Not sure if it is a bug or intended, but Yulia still mentions the speech on the balcony in the quest dialogue so I assume it is supposed to be there.
All other cutscenes work fine.

I also had this bug.
Upon arriving at Mejelka, I heard the speech (I think only the end) but the camera didn’t move to the speaker (the maiden at the balcony). Only after entering the lower district and then going up to the upper district again the camera moved to the maiden on the balcony, but she didn’t move and didn’t say anything. After a few seconds, I pressed the escape key a few to get out of thtat state.
