Is the damage from Mail Crusher global, or is it a local damage mod that only applies to hit damage with that specific weapon?
I wanted to do a build with sword or axe in main hand for the attack speed and then a mace or sceptre in off hand for a global damage increase, if it is indeed global, otherwise I guess I just saved 10 points in my build 
The first part of the tooltip leads me to believe it is a global damage increase, but then it says “Mace increased damage x%” and that makes me a bit uncertain all of a sudden, as it seems to imply only damage with that mace is increased.
Oh well, thankful for any clarification.

Everything is global unless it’s within a skill tree then its local to the skill tree unless specified, which is pretty rare.
