Mage Teleport Mana Efficiency not reducing correctly

Mage Teleport (10 mana) spec’d with a Mirror Image (+5 mana) costs 15 mana, but if you spec 4/4 Flicker for 40% mana efficiency for Teleport it only reduces the cost to 12.
It looks to me as if the efficiency node only affects the base cost, not the total cost. 4 skill points seems like too great an investment to only reduce 3 mana?
Or my maths is weak :slight_smile:

From the wording on the minion nodes, it does sound like they should be affected by the mana efficiency as well since they increase the base cost rather than adding a secondary effect that also has a cost.
