It’s just like the title says. Occasionally I will attempt to use my mage skills, none are on cooldown, some don’t even have a cooldown, and none of them will work. There is no cast, no skill on cooldown commentary, nothing. I’ve only noticed it on the mage so far. Makes that class unplayable as it’s nearly gotten me killed a few times.
