Lightning Blast with the Rune Of Winter talent freezes normally.
When i pick the Focal Blast node to change it into a beam it seems to stop freezing.
Without the node i could freeze mobs, with it i did not (tested on the same map against the same mobs by speccing into and the out of the node).
I’m not able to reproduce this issue. I did the same test as you (fighting the same enemies with and without the node).
If you encounter this again, could you take a video and post a screenshot of your skill tree? Thanks!
