Based on the character sheet, it doesn’t appear that Maehlin’s Hubris is converting bleed chance to ignite as described on the item. I have no confirmed the mechanics aren’t working, but the character sheet ignite/bleed chances are not changed upon equipping the item.
Yes, this is a known issue that I’ve complained about since the gloves were implemented. EHG say that this is working as intended (when it’s blatantly not).
It works, it’s just a display bug.
