Just came to post this exact spot. I’ve only gotten stuck twice, and both times have been in this spot. Sucks that there is no way to get unstuck without exiting game/tp and losing 3 echo levels 
edit: Just happened again, even if something gets up close and you can lunge to it, you stay stuck, can’t lunge to the pots in the back, or anything else. 100% stuck and happens every time I’ve ran this layout.

Yip… The devs know about this particular spot… Probably be fixed in the next patch or two…
If you find any others, please post screenshots/vids like you have - the more that we find, the more they can fix…
