Lunge skill is bugged - it cannot be used as the first skill / ability when you enter a new zone (at least in the campaign, haven’t tested monoliths). Pressing the button does nothing. You first need to do at least one attack / other skill, for Lunge to unlock and be usable in that zone. After that it works without any issues.
