I can also confirm this to be the case.

In my case I can not target to allies except first time.
After than, I can not target to allies until restart the client.
I can confirm it also. 2 weaks and no change.
Please EHG, try to fix that. With Multiplayer up, skills that should work on allies need to be functional…
