You can get stuck in the soul vessel things at each corner by Lunging to it. I lunged and it put me into the middle of the object. I couldn’t move and it didn’t allow me to DPS and died eventually to the boss.

Confirming this, it just happened to me. While trapped you cannot use Lunge, Vengeance or Devouring Orb, but you can use Ring of Shields.
Happened to me just now.
Still happening.
Yeah, they’ve not released a patch to fix it yet.
