Low Priority: Unable to ESC out of the Change Input Keys

In game press ESC > Settings > Change Input Keys.
Press ESC.
Observe you cannot close the menu via ESC
This menu requires the user to click the X (or Done) to exit.

Expected result: Each menu should be consistent with all other menus. All other menus can be ESC’d.
