Just got a dually T7 on a level 35 base, please consider item rarity to affect % of higher level bases that drop. THANK YOU. EDIT: WEPS seem to be worst offender at the moment
this should not drop in 100 level zone but maybe that’s just me.

I’ll made a similar comment on another thread, but I second this thought that any empowered timeline/echo should have an unique and item base level cut off of 50+ maybe even a tier cut off as well. Nothing worse than getting a level 5 unique from a lvl 100 zone
