You can call them lowland bears all you want, but I know a giant guinea pig when I see one!

Yeah, when I first saw the new bears I was not as impressed as I was with the preview of them. I thought they looked way too bloated, and that opinion hasn’t changed.
Also saw a guinea pig on the first encounter and had to remind myself that they are bears…

You talk about the Quill Hogs? If thou I think thorn totems are a huge waste and druid/shaman need quill hog pets instead

Reminds me of Overlord (the LN and anime) where Ainz stumbles upon this supposed wise king of the forest that’s feared and respected by all, only for it to be like a guinea pig with a weird viper tail.
His reaction to it was mine to these new bears. LUL
