Lost progression while disconnecting

Hi,

After playing this evening (Germany) i’ve lost the connection to the server. After relogging all my items, gear, progression and everything else was resetted.
I’ve read the other topic about a critical hardware failure, but this happened while playing. Seems a little bit weird to me

Pick ‘Technical Issues’ from the drop down and provide your:

  • Display Name
  • Character Name
  • Date & Time you noticed the loss (with your time zone or UTC)
  • What type of data was lost
  • How much gameplay time was lost
