Hello, I had a disconnect from the game and when I logged in again (immediately) I found my character in the state from almost the day before, a lot of craft drops and all empowered timelines unlock quests lost. All has to be redone. I understand it is a beta and this can happen but is there something that can be done for it?
Hi - haven’t heard any reports of successfully getting data restored.
That said, on Discord EHG helpers ask people to please submit a support ticket so the issues can be found and addressed

Pick ‘Technical Issues’ from the drop down and provide your:
Display Name
Character Name
Date & Time you noticed the loss (with your time zone or UTC)
What type of data was lost
How much gameplay time was lost
