So I lost power while running a monolith quest on an offline character. Once I got everything back up and running in the house I tried logging back in and can’t start up my offline character. I tried verifying and uninstalling which didn’t help. I also tried making a new offline character and even that won’t load. When I click the enter button for the character nothing happens, no loading screen just nothing. I can spam it but to no avail

I managed to get the save up and working again so I wanted to leave the fix I found here. Remove the save file that crashed along with the backup (I just moved to desktop). Next I disabled steam cloud sync to make sure it didn’t come back. Then launch the game to make sure it is gone and create a new character to get the game loaded. Exit game and replace the save files of the original character.
After getting back into the game I noticed that my stash was empty and all my runes, shards, and glyphs were gone. Hopefully will find a way to get all that back
So far from what I’ve gathered it seems the only way to fix this issue of not being able to play my offline characters would be to delete everything I’ve gathered in almost 40hrs. Stash tabs with loot, affix shards, glyphs, and runes. I really don’t want to start over from scratch with only the gear on my back so this is still up in the air as to what can be done
It seems to be an issue with the Epoch_Local_Global_Data file from what it seems. The bak file is dated back to when I purchased the game. Any help appreciated
