Lost of online Progress - CRITICAL BUG

What went wrong:
After exit to desktop, and turning off computer, logging back into game, I lost progress from level 24 to 27 on an online character. I also Lost all quest progression and map progress from Ruined Era to End of Time.

The last thing that happened, I just entered the End of Time Era, clicked the waypoint, exit to desktop, pc shutdown.

When I logged back in, I saw my character was no longer lvl 27.
My friend confirmed that he saw me on lvl 27.

Pick ‘Technical Issues’ from the drop down and provide your:

  • Character Name
  • Date & Time you noticed the loss (with your time zone or UTC)
  • What type of data was lost
  • How much gameplay time was lost
